Join us for the Best Party in Banstead! ChristChurch Banstead is excited to host a Light Party, a fun and friendly alternative to Halloween. If you are in reception class through to year 5 then Come dressed in your favourite (non-scary) costume and get ready for an exciting time of challenges, crafts, games, refreshments, and Bible time. Your name and contact details will be entered into the church database which is stored on a secure server, password protected, and accessed only by authorised staff, trustees, and volunteer leaders of ChristChurch. Your contact details will be removed from the database once you are no longer a member or attender of the church (or its groups and activities), in accordance with our Retention of Records policy. We will contact you annually to check that the information we are holding is accurate and that you still agree to us holding it.

We are collecting this information to enable the church to keep in touch with you and provide pastoral support as appropriate. Data Protection legislation allows us to process this information as we regard it as being in the church’s legitimate interest.

We will not share this data with any third parties unless obliged to by law.
