By completing this form, I am reserving a place for my child at Whizz Kids this term from Friday, 9 January to Friday, 27 March (no session on Friday, 20 February as it is half-term)

If my child can no longer attend on a Friday evening, I agree to contact the Whizz Kids team to let them know (see confirmation message for details). If my child does not attend for 3 consecutive Fridays, ChristChurch reserves the right to offer their place to another child for the rest of the term.
